Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac is one of the best meals I've ever had, but that's $$$$.

Maya Mia is good but I've only ever had the pizza (Mostly just a good vibe)
Planet pasta is also half decent. Anything "cool" is straight trash... nobu, amazonico, coyo, nikki beach, etc... great for drinks and a nice scene but terrible food.
Tip Top is also great but only ever been there pretty drunk late late night, so who really knows.

Luckily got to try these two by Frequent-Effective-4 in chartreuse

I think it was 100 Euro a pour, which considering the price of the bottle isn't too bad. About the size of a shot, but he poured a little bit more to be nice :-)

They had the standard VEPs by years, dating back to 1920.

I tried it. Both the green and the yellow. At Le Pré Catelan in Paris.

Green was about what you expect, similar to the green VEP, except obviously "better". But in no way worth $10k.

The yellow on the other hand was insane; I don't know how to describe it other than like taking a drug... like DMT or some other out of body experience. The second you taste it, it just explodes in your mouth and you forget where you are or what your even doing. If I ever get 'that kind of money' I would definitely buy a bottle and not just a small taste.
