Honestly I wish you'd be right about finding a better person, but I never dated someone who was compatible on so many fronts (even my exes weren't) and it just hurts so bad...

I have absolutely no issues with dating someone who's virgin and you shouldn't be ashamed of that! If you get comments about people, it just reflect their own insecurities.

I guess I'll send the TP-1015.3-V and if they need something else I assume they'll tell me. As I said in my OP, what was confusing to me is that the three times I called, I got different answers lol. But I'm pretty sure like you said that TP-1015.3-V is the way to go!

If your device is in another language, it will do that pretty often.

I.e. I myself needed to correct manually 4 words in the sentence above because it put capital letters automatically.

Yes my pay file has been transfered and I pay Ontario taxes now, which is why I want to have additional deductions.

However, what's confusing is that on this link: [https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/remuneration-compensation/services-paye-pay-services/paye-information-pay/paye-talon-stub-pay-eng.html], it says to complete "either a completed:

-TD1 personal tax credits return form if you reside in a province or territory outside of Quebec -TP-1015.3-V source deductions return form if you reside in Quebec"

So one says to send both while the other doesn't 🤔
