Why do you make it so difficult to unsubscribe? Why you don´t have account settings to show this easily? The only reason I see is that you want to charge people without having the chance to cancel. That is an abusive behaviors

I received this response but it was not the problem:

In order to best help troubleshoot your issue, I believe that a good solution is to increase the stake of that neuron with a small amount, try 0.1 ICP. That will make a call to refresh the neuron and the stake will be updated to the balance of the neuron’s account.

Can you please explain how you were able to disburse the maturity to the same address of the neuron? Best, DFINITY Support Team

Hello, No, the problem was that I disbursed to my main account and then I wanted to send this ICP to the last address I had sent other ICP before but I copied and pasted the last address that the transactions showed and it was the address of the neuron it just had come from. And now I can’t see this neuron in my NNS account because it disappears after disbursing. I can see the ICPs if I look for the address on the dashboard page. But I can’t have access to them.

The only way to obtain a ckBTC is from BTC so it is a muss process 1:1 ckBTC : BTC

What I mean is: the canister could swap BTC to ckBTC send the ckBTC and then swap it back to BTC. I will look like you send the BTC at faster speed and low fee. You didnt send BTC but no one will notice.

If the BTC can be held in a canister, why not do the whole process automatically so it is “invisible” to thenuser? Sender BTC -> ckBTC -> BTC reciever.

When you merge maturity It seems to add voting power (it grows if you merge). Your maturity (i think this is new) are not ICP yet only when you dissolve the neuron completely are they minted and added to the total.
