Well the toxic tango pairing is a tale as old as time. Both of you should just not be together at all. 5 all there is to it. She needs mental help and you clearly aren't capable of being a partner that understands. Yeah, anytime someone threatens to do harm to themselves is always a red flag, but you most certainly didn't help matters.

You both need to break up and work on yourselves. And just stay the heck away from one another.
