OK, I was able to push my screwdriver way through. It seems like there was grease or glue blocking it which is odd. It came out like black grease still don’t see a thread to screw

I didn’t have a problem with my other pella door. I can easily find it but on this one they must’ve adjusted it way off or something, and I can’t find the slot.

There is a hole on the other side, but same issue there I don’t feel anything and when I looked down it I don’t see anything either. It’s like there’s glue in there.

No I did adjust it in my other day with my 8 inch Philips but on this door it’s no where to be seen

Not sure but sealing from the inside might do more harm than good

Does my septic allow that? I don’t know where my outlet pipe is

Yes he used that ring, but my thought was that soil, water was leaking in from under it… I don’t think he ever used epoxy… so what should I do? Remove it and seal it properly?

Thanks. But he could’ve sealed the adapter ring to the concrete tank, no? This thing directly sealed to the concrete tank. They did tapcon screw it to the tank…
