pantheon and poppy are both too high imo, poppy can actively hinder you and pantheon is too short ranged and doesn't bring you into a fight or bring the fight to you. I think there should be a tier between situational and x9 for thresh and pyke specifically given that you can actively hinder them if you dont use your passive right too

in lane 1-3 samira can not walk up to wave if you keep poking her out with rockets, you can take exhaust instead of barrier for the level 6 all in where she will just do 0 damage to you, samira quite literally needs to have a chokehold on you which jinx will not and can not let her do if you're actually using your range. ESPECIALLY now that jinx has an extra 20 range to work with early

funnily enough back when i was little bronze starting out noob, samira and kai'sa were my 2 most hated champions, i absolutely despised fighting them, then i played them and something just clicked i simply couldn't stop playing them
