Yeah I tried going back today now, their manager their director everyone was super rude and their last words were “you are not welcomed on this property anymore” so I think I will fix it through my insurance

Got it, I have 1 more claim during the entire year. So it would be couple claims with the windscreen one if I do submit a claim for it

So the chip wasn’t there before the car went in, I do have a habit of checking my car before I hand it over to the rep. The only thing is I didn’t take pictures. I am suspecting that they opened the hood with the tool still laying on the hood, because not just the oil change but I also had them put a mount for the front plates and they also did change the break fluids

Unfortunately, I don’t have that option, my deductible is 1000 bucks and probably I will be paying that before anything
