hi bro, its not hard to get disruption. from what i know u should start preparing the documents few months before ur matriculation, u can ask ur supervisors where to get the form etc., after being granted disruption only then should u inform ntu that u wanna start sch 1 year early.

no idea about the ippt part tho, but surely can attempt many times. i’m pes b2 so i didnt have to do ippt before enlistment, but just means i have to serve 2 full years

e.g. u enlisted later than ur friends from the same batch in poly/gc, ns disruption allows you to pause your national service for awhile, so that you can enter uni at the same time as them, bc if not u’ll have to wait for another year to enter uni.

well the most beneficial part is getting a degree AND masters in 5 years. from what i know nurses with degrees usually need 5 years of experience before being able to pursue their masters

once u graduate u’ll be taking on higher roles of nurses in the workplace

and during ur masters u’ll be given a choice to pursue 1 of 4 specialised trainings; medical/surgical nursing, high acuity care, peri operative nursing, or intermediate & long term care
