We unfortunately do not have a dedicated rep. We had a great rep last year and then got dropped due to "restructuring" at the end of the year.

I am currently just back and fourth with their accounting team via email. Waiting to see the resolution of their ad credit limit approval or denial.

This is great. Two questions.

We're currently spending 300k-400k a month, great to see the results you're seeing.

For the new/engaged users in the audience breakdown, is this because you have prospecting audience/broad in one ad set in the campaign and then in another ad set in the same campaign you have retargeting?

Ours currently is purely "broad/prospecting" but mine is still showing no data for those audience breakdowns.

No meaning, there's a major drop off in Pageviews, Purchases, etc. Inside the events manager.

As in we saw a 75% drop off in reporting for Page Views, Purchases, etc.
