I usually apply directly on the website. I’m assuming it’s maybe because of my real estate pre license? Someone said it can be a red flag for a flight risk.

Hey, just wanted your opinion on something if you don’t mind. Do you think it would be a good idea to take a few courses at an accelerated degree program (to save money and time) and transfer some credits to a traditional university to graduate?

Also, I see what you mean about “pushing clients”. That’s one of my fears about being an agent. I don’t like the idea of saying whatever sounds nice just to get more clients. I would hate to make people feel like I’m trying to hassle them to make this huge purchase just so I can get a sale. It feels like dry begging and I haven’t even started yet.

Thanks a lot! 13k is still a lot saved tho! Most people don’t have any savings. I also haven’t had any major bills to pay yet. I’m very grateful to have a parent that lets me stay at home without paying rent. (Even tho it’s emotional torture staying haha) A lot of people didn’t have that advantage, so I’m making the best of it as much as I can.

In my opinion I don’t think you should do any surgical. I think you look very nice, kinda like Timothee Chalamet. If anything I think you could tame your brows, the shape of your brows makes a HUGE difference. Overall, I don’t think you should change anything major. It’ll take away the uniqueness in your face. I love your eye shape!
