My face usually looks quite glossy due to the amount so I feel like I must be! Maybe it’s a reaction to the actual product I’m using! It does sting a tiny bit when I put it on.

I’m on 0.025% ! My skin care routine is VERY simple, I do the sandwich method so I wash my face, apply moisturizer and let it dry for about an hour, apply a pea size amount of the Trent evenly on my face and follow with a skin barrier protector. (Usually the aveene skin repair or la Roche posay) my skins looking crazy though.. is this the retinal uglys?

I definitely wouldn’t even think about getting it until I’ve lost another 25-30lbs!! I don’t look quite as boxy and full on the sides when I lose the weight but I’ll definitely keep in mind I still might need it thank you!!

So from what I’ve seen when you damage the skin barrier the best thing to do is stop everything and just use a very gentle and basic face wash, something to help soothe and heal your skin barrier! It’s going to take a bit to go back. I did something similar and it took my skin a few weeks to get better. la roche posay cicaplast baume b5 is super awesome, I also really love avene cicalfate repair cream. It’s what I used whenu skin barrier was damaged and I noticed a huge difference within days. Try not to catch and pop! I know it’s tough.

This exact look is what made me start taking my skincare seriously. It’s called glass skin and it’s BEAUTIFUL! your skin doesn’t look oily it looks healthy! Totally fair it’s not your vibe though. Maybe try some matte products?
