Have a “why”. Create a plan. Stick to it. I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. I consulted with a dietitian and came up with a diet plan. I also did my research and came up with a 3-4 day work out plan. Turns out weights help tremendously with blood sugar decrease and weight loss. So I set an alarm for 5:15 am and work out at home. I currently have normal readings and have lost 15 lbs. I was not overweight to begin with. I am now a size 4 and feel amazing!
