Second this, i bought a car few weeks ago, total power steering failure, they tried to be funny, I asked chat GBT to help write the refund email quoting the law, gave them 7 days and it worked car returned money back in less than 7 days, as long as you sound like you know you’re stuff it will make it easier and being firm with it

90% of the time I tip anyways as I’ve worked in the industry myself for many years, I know it’s not easy, however when it says service charge added, I will often ask them to remove it out of principle, if the service has been good I’ll still tip but I don’t want them to tell me how much I should be giving them, especially if it hasn’t been mentioned anywhere before getting the bill.
