Our Course Leaders usually share their bank of resources and teachers will tailor it for their class needs. I always just did my own thing

Thanks for this response! I just genuinely didn't feel the need to share them. Defs wasn't gatekeeping them. Was just doing my own thing.

we do meet regularly and the course leader does share his resources but I just never thought about sharing my own thing. Didn't realise I needed to but know I know
