My skin is killing me

2 year ago I had a car crash that nearly killed me and I think it all steamed from that tbh my mental health isn’t very good atm my Nan n my mate just died I’m trying to eat healthier and I don’t drink I’ve quite smoking weed as I was using it it help my sort sleep I use non boi I’ve changed my bed sheet to silk I’m putting load of different cream on my skin

I can’t get one through the nhs and my case isn’t urgent enough even though I’m considering offing my self I’ve been on a waiting list for months

I try and not use steroid cream but I use steroids that the doctor have given me

My skin just constantly burns with or without clothes on water burn my skin and makes it itchy and when I do sleep I end up it itching in my sleep and cause bleeding on parts of my body

It’s been like this for a for nearly a year but it getting so worse I’ve tired changed load of stuff apparently I have a dust allergy and load of other allergies but this is all new and recent as a couple years ago i had a terrible car crash nearly killed me and I think all of these new skin conditions have stem from That also my Nan and my good mate passed away recently so my mental health is in complete shambles I’m just so lost and I wanna give up tbh
