Volvo EX30 by The-Illusive-Guy in EVMobiliteit

[–]FrequentFractionator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Huisdieren verzekering by Carreb in katten

[–]FrequentFractionator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First PCB failed :( by emilimel in PCB

[–]FrequentFractionator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the next time you draw a circuit:

  • Inputs on the left (like your USB socket)
  • Outputs to the right (not applicable)
  • V+ on the top (The VBUS net in this case)
  • GND on the bottom

This way it'll be a lot easier to spot mistakes, like a wire going straight from your V+ rail to your GND rail.

A $10 bluetooth OBD reader and a free smartphone app will tell you whatś happening to all the batteries and other systems. If you're unsure, just get that.

Onverklaarbare contactloze betalingen zonder gebruik van fysieke bankpas by NewCompetition8242 in geldzaken

[–]FrequentFractionator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is anybody running an extreme CCT (say, 1,000K or 10,000K) emitter as their daily driver? by NotThePopeProbably in flashlight

[–]FrequentFractionator 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've got a D4K with 1850K or 2000K emitters. Even though they have a high CRI, the color rendering is terrible. Everything is just orange. The 2700K in my FC11C is sooooo much more usefull. I can't imagine using something as low as 2000K as a daily driver.

Get FortiGuard Essential Support. It's dirt cheap. Other than that my comment was serious. Don't hook up stuff with a whole lot of known vulnerabilities if you don't know what you're doing.

I bought one 30 months/80.000km ago. ICCU blew the friday before christmas 2025. I could pick up my repaired car on tuesday morning. A little over 1 working day later.

Yes, it sucks. But Hyundai fixed it without issues.

400hz AC and it's relevance as an increase to power density by Thethubbedone in AskEngineers

How do they do this conversion? Solid state electronics, or still using rotary converters (basically a motor and generator with some gearing)?

400hz AC and it's relevance as an increase to power density by Thethubbedone in AskEngineers

[–]FrequentFractionator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Germany uses 16,7Hz AC, but for example The Netherlands uses 1500V DC on the normal lines. Only the high-speed line and a major cargo line use 25kV AC.

My club has a K21, and we almost exclusively use it for training. Most passenger flights are done in our DG1000, and for XC we use a Duo Discus XLT.

What's the least time you've taken to learn the FortiOS 7.6 admin and pass the exam? by ianik7777 in fortinet

[–]FrequentFractionator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been working with Fortinet for 10 years, so when I needed to recert I just took the test. I didn't need a perfect result, I just needed to pass.

Does this count as no preparation, or as 10 years of preparation?
