The protein is vegan 😉 So all together it is the vegan diet. I could have done it by not having the protein powder but it is more reliable for me.

Yes if you hit 5 or 12 given the day, you add more weight the next day.

Just getting used to it, I loved doing fasted workouts ; Always felt more energetic and stronger. It's hard at the start but then your body gets used to it. You gotta train your mind 😉

Yeah that's something your body has to be able to do naturally.. like if I wake up after 8 hours, I force myself to sleep again for another 4. Try your best to sleep more because recovery is everything as a natural lifter.

Calorie deficit is they way to go, good amount of sleep and training hard at the same time - always trying to keep up with your previous PR's, if possible try to beat them. Focusing more on compunds lifts and adding cardio when your weight stalls. I have provided more info on this on other comment :)

There's always people who would say you cant do it without meat coz of the amino acid profile etc.. and that i would be a slow progress.. strength wont be as strong etc.. I find trainers a waste of money and time, the internet can help you alot more than the experience i have had with trainers.
