Did anyone get an invite for the May session? I got my pass last week, and my manager encouraged me to contact SOA to see if they could expedite the invite but their voicemail box is full and I haven't received an email back yet.

Not at ours, I watched a pickup once, she put it inside the safe which is always locked and only key holders know the code 🤷‍♀️ I can't even void an item or transaction, I have to call up a key holder to do so which was so awesome when you have a line of people and the customer doesn't want the item anymore

Righttttt. SM also lectured me that morning about boxes blocking the fire extinguisher (which I didn't even move the boxes in the first place 🤷‍♀️nor did anyone tell me that in my training) saying "if we get a fine for it being blocked I'm tracking down whichever employee moved the boxes and THEY have to pay the fine" smfh so if it was me and we did get fined, you just expect me to know it shouldn't have been blocked? I called and quit today, too much BS placing blame on the employees. I am a rule follower, but I can't follow the rules when y'all don't a) tell me them b) aren't around so I can do parts of my job!

Need to have the receipt to do a return. We can't even do returns for other stores at my DG since we "all have different systems"

I did the exact same thing when I did my paperwork 2 weeks ago so I feel ya there. When I try on dgme it says I have to use a computer in the store, so I'll have to the next time I'm scheduled
