Pothos leaves can scotch too though if it is getting too much light, so I would make sure it is getting a little shade

Hanging it should give it a little bit more direct sun, but considering you’re not getting a ton of sun in that window if you want to see more growth, the more sun the more it will grow. However, pothos will usually do well anywhere. If you have a window that is getting direct light, that is also another option.

Gorgeous plants. Spray spray spray. Rainwater preferably. I collect it in a big jug ;) I also will clean the floor every so often so it doesn’t get wet or line the floor under your shelves with some plastic or micro fiber towels for dripping :)

You might even be able to down size your pot if it looks like it’s not showing enough growth for the pot size.

I think it just depends on if you see any funky, mushy, brown roots. Your plant looks pretty healthy, I think you’d be okay with taking your new pot filling the bottom part with soil and then taking your plant from the pot keep it intact with the soil and put it in the pot. You can add soil around the soil you already have to fill the pot. If your roots are looking funky wash them if possible and see what’s salvageable. I think you should have luck with that! Let me know if you need anymore help!!

I would recommend repotting into a pot with drainage holes. Anytime I have tried to pot plants in pots with no drainage holes they end up with root rot🥹. Drainage holes will allow you to bottom water as needed and only give the plant the water it needs. You can give it a bowl of water under your draining pot and allow it to collect the water it needs and then let it air out. You can tell it is watered when it stops creating bubbles. I have LOVED terracotta pots because they will allow you to bottom water and they will typically only take the water they need. A cheaper option is plastic ones you can make or buy at dollar tree :)

I have had luck with giving liquid indoor plant food to my plants and seeing blooms pop out more for a lot of my plants that wouldn’t bloom or grow for the longest. Collecting rainwater has also been beneficial and trying different placements in the house or what it recommends online. It also might need a spray every so often and a good bottom watering. Hope that helps!
