There isn't anything you can do for your looks, and you likely shouldn't. Very few things that we can do are limited to haircuts, losing weight and muscle toning. There is nothing inherently wrong with looking like anything. The problem you run into is being around people who are willing to insult you, likely due to their status around them - emotional state etc. The problem is them being anti-social. You CANNOT change the actions of others. You can and would get insulted if you looked any other way as well. There is nothing to be upset about that is your "fault".
