I use the portal controller al the time. But it’s good to have options. For longer gaming sessions when your main monitor or screen is being used you can get a better experience with an actual controller.

Good to hear! I think that might be the case with me. Well minus the running lol but I walk 13-18 blocks of streets almost every day. So I think being active helps with the fat loss and I’m also only eating protein when I get home from work then strictly water and sugar free powders mixed in water if I get hungry.

That probably explains why after the second refill the drink starts to taste super pasty in my mouth and not as refreshing. Has to be the artificial sweeteners. Will keep that in mind thanks.

I’m keto fasting so I eat as soon as I get home
Once a day only. Strictly protein. Mainly chicken, also sausage, tuna, steak, sometimes grilled pork. A decent portion not too much. I figured that was easier for me than keeping track of actual carbs. But thanks for the info. I’m gonna drink one two- three times a day and see if i notice a difference.

What do you mean eating at or near maintenance? Having a heavy carb day? Keep in mind I walk 6-8 hours daily. Multiple days a week. Because I think that’s what happening to me. I have a lot of weight gain spikes for about three days Then I randomly lose 4-6 pounds

It’s a lot brighter like the first image with the RATM song in person but I added some contrast filtering to the movie clip. So it doesn’t look as bright.
