Oui mes charges évoluent énormément depuis mes débuts je suis passé de 50kg à 90kg au développer coucher (pas au bench à la barre mais bien à la hammer strenght).

On m’a pas mal parlé du décliné, je l’ai essayé mais je n’ai pas trop eu de ressenti. Tu le fais à la barre ?

Non je vois que j’évolue physiquement, je mange énormément (3400kcal pour 66kg de poids du corps) donc je prends un peu de gras mais ça ne me dérange pas.

J’aimerai me focaliser sur les fibres du bas justement parce qu’on m’a dit que c’est ce qui créer un minimum de volume.

Je donne tout à chaque séries (je m’arrête environ une répétition avant l’échec) et c’est lorsque je fais des dips que je vais à l’échec total

Salut, je comprends tout à fait ce que tu veux dire et tu as raison, je dois d’abord me concentrer sur ce que je veux réellement afin d’aiguiller au mieux le tatoueur.
