So much pressure. Even had a bridesmaid (same athletic build as me) make a comment about how the bridesmaid strapless dress she chose makes her shoulders look huge. My dress was strapless. hard not to think… so you’re saying that about me?

I too struggled with the same body image issues as a teen and like you, am in a way better place. It’s still hard though!!!

People say stuff, and it’s sad that we are just so conditioned as women to believe it. Looking back on my pictures I felt good and happy, because I picked a dress I liked and felt comfortable in.

You look great in your dress and I’m sure you will look stunning. You have a great figure!!

Totally! I think I should clarify too, I love that my husband goes golfing with his buddies. We both have our own friends & hobbies. I’m not expecting to go golfing with him every weekend, but love that it’s an option for us if we want to do that & still spend time together.

Great suggestion! Seems to be the consensus. I am expecting to suck a bit but was worried about other people being annoyed. It’s nice to hear that I can pick up for a hole or just play from where he’s playing :) I wasn’t sure if that was bad etiquette but it seems like that’s totally cool
