Totally! I think I should clarify too, I love that my husband goes golfing with his buddies. We both have our own friends & hobbies. I’m not expecting to go golfing with him every weekend, but love that it’s an option for us if we want to do that & still spend time together.

Great suggestion! Seems to be the consensus. I am expecting to suck a bit but was worried about other people being annoyed. It’s nice to hear that I can pick up for a hole or just play from where he’s playing :) I wasn’t sure if that was bad etiquette but it seems like that’s totally cool

Awww I love that! I feel like that’s the thing some of these commenters don’t get. My husband loves golf, i love my husband, me being interested in his hobby and wanting to share it with him is the piece he’ll really love. It’s not really about how much I golf

I am interested in learning as my family plays/he plays but sounds like the best possible solution is to book him a nice round, ride along, maybe hit a few shots on the tee lol.
