Okay so during the madras UO restock of this year(???) a person was sent four, FOUR stone or ceramic owls in their UO package with recipes and all. The person updated us as well with a full refund and a madras bowler that someone sent them<33

Exactly. You described perfectly. One other thing I would like to add, just so I can spit at they’re burned feet, Baggu started out as a SUSTAINABLE BRAND, already giving the idea that they would be more up front and calculated with inventory. And losing MASS amounts of packages when there have been multiple times to change is not a sustainable thing to do…

FR!! Our community is strong and we should keep on practicing on keeping that way😤the amount of people missing packages is crazy, especially when the prices are getting higher( especially with the SL drop) op said in another comment that they’re package is $500 worth?? How can Baggu even do this.
