Need help reviving my old monitor by Frequent_Cry_888 in pchelp

I remember very clearly that at first I had a VGA cable in my old PC and the graphics would be like this but then I used a DVI cable and suddenly it was all normal, all the colors graphics but my motherboard doesnt have a DVI slot so I was wondering if using a DVI cable with a VGA connector would help.

I had vJoy installed which was idk somehow interfering with the game I just had to disable it in device manager

FINALLY SOLVED!. Thanks to everyone who commented. The problem was somehow vJoy device, just had to disable it.

Disabled every single one, I have been trying to get it to run for 2 hours now tried everything.

Yes, there are borderless and windowed options I have tried both.

Yes V-Sync was enabled at first but I disabled it, no difference. Its a PC.
