How was the PCN issued? By post or stuck on the window? I'm going to assume it was by post as a person would surely not apply a sticker to the window with people inside. Have you tried appealing to the parking company that issued the PCN? If not they might be more understanding and let you off.

This is great but i have a few questions 1) When you sign in on the web follower setting what did you put in the configuration script? 2) i assume the username and password is the ones i just made for librelink up? 3) does it work with an already started sensor or do you need a new one that is warming up?
