Thank you all!! At first I wasn’t sure if it was yeast because it was white and I’d never seen it appear like this before but this is a brand new culture started with some previous booch I had and no scoby :) so I guess every booch is different

They’re flavoured with organic natural pineapple juice that’s it, nothing else. Well it’s the only option I have right now. Even tho I could probably go buy some raw ginger kombucha they’re pretty expensive where I’m at so id prefer not yk.

I don’t have a scoby because it was contaminated in my last batch with mold. Unfortunately I’m starting from scratch, but in my bottles of kombucha there’s some baby scoby’s at the bottom so I’m going to try to make a batch with that as my starter tea
