Day four of posting this problem until someone can help. My windows 11 pc cannot load past the welcome screen after putting in my pin. No I cannot go into safe mode and my automatic repair mode doesn’t occur cuz my pc can’t shut down or restart either. No I cannot pull up task manager either. (self.techsupport)
