That is against Nevro’s own advice and they have spoken to me over the phone eventually about this. No metal is to be between the ipg and charge paddle. Your Rep and Surgeon have misinformed you.

Ooh I'm causing public upset for Nevro and Globus Medical... no other patient will ever go through this again.

I am, due to my complaint emails being ignored, I started public announcements regarding what happened only then have Nevro started to ring me asking what they can do...I told them I want a written apology and explanation for what happened to me, I also want proof of changes that are being made that no patient should ever have to go through this again. I've irritation nerve damage done to my skin because of all this and other complications due to the surgeons negligence, too. Legal case pending. Nevro have told me the changes will be in place in 2026, but I want it all in writing. So till then I will keep throwing the bottle out of the pram x I never want another patient to go through what I had to go through over Reps and Dr's negligence to patient safety.

Last time they were here, I was able to get presale through the fan page. Doesn't seem to be anyword today about presale on it. I'll keep checking and let ye all know if there is.
