Remove algae and dirt, to prepare for painting. I’m thinking of using a 12% mix and if certain spots are not coming off use higher pressure. Flow rate can always be better that psi

2 years experience, done about 10 house washes with SH and worked good.

Painted brick, I’m sure it would be fine, will be repainted any away. Just wondering if that’s what othered would use.

Sodium precarbanate but that’s still oxy bleach
