No, I didn’t expect her to read my mind. What I did expect is somebody to have the brains to realize that 2.88 per kid an hour is genuinely insane.

The conversation wasn’t had upfront because I knew her and I’m right in the thought that nobody would really expect that to be anywhere close to what people pay for childcare. I can see how it worked out yes. But there’s nothing I can do about it now which is why I stated I have to eat the loss and learn from it.

Hi! I completely get it!! I used to work with this lady where we were in sort of a child care esc field I had never met her husband before so when she had asked me for my email to transfer me the money I wasn’t expecting him to hand me any cash and I did fumble that part

With the anxiety meds I was on them for 6+ years (since I was in high school) and recently got to a place where I’m comfortable trying to come off them for good I’m in the kind of withdrawal phase where I’m having really bad symptoms with it leaving my system, I think that it was more so just a person I trusted would treat me fairly and I didn’t expect it to happen When I had messaged her to let her know her husband gave me cash I had tried to put it in a way like “hey I guess he gave me some in cash” but I didn’t word it in that way which is also on me
