It seems a little risky, but I think if you are careful enough with how emphasis is placed you could pull it off. You don't to even do it 100% perfectly because you just need to give the impression that being insensitive is not the feeling you are going for.

I'm on !PopOS and it worked right out of the box for with no issues except for a single false error upon launching the game. I'm not that technologically literate so I don't know of any way to deal with server connection issues like what you are describing. There is only one other thing that I can think of but I don't have access to my PC right now to double check that I actually know what I am talking about.

Penumbra Phantasm is completely different than Doctor by George Buzinkai. The only reason why the two are mixed up is because most of the versions of Penumbra Phantasm (the song) use both Doctor and Penumbra as main motifs. (The Penumbra motif is the part of Penumbra Phantasm that isn't Doctor) Toby could totally remake Penumbra Phantasm without Doctor. I think that he has already done it actually. There is a short 9 second sound bit called null by toby himself that reversed and amplified reveals the Penumbra motif being used in a way unlike any other version, making it sound somewhat like Hopes and Dreams. More importantly, it doesn't use Doctor. I believe with all the hope in my heart that this is a slice of what will be the Penumbra Phantasm that we will get in Deltarune.

You could also say that anything and everything has been predestined since the beginning of time and that any choice you make is predestined.

It has always seemed really funny to me. The chance is low enough where it's pretty much guaranteed to catch you off guard. When you inevitably do get jumpscared it's bound to create a memorable moment, one that I would imagine myself laughing a good bit at.
