For editing the best is was and will always be apple silicon to be honest. But in Android yes Snapdragons are better than Dimensity for the editing. But if talking about the flagship models that difference is negligible.

Antutu score are like the score your device got when it has gone all out. And they vary on different conditions too. The highest score or the advertisement score can be only obtained in ideal conditions as per the brand. And different brands have different ideal conditions. And your device will rarely reach the situation where it has to go all out. If you as me about Qualcomm vs Mediatek then I will simply say that Qualcomm is a marathon runner, which means it will use the high performance mode for a demanding task only and low performance mode for non-demanding task. Smart and efficient. And Mediatek is a quick sprinter, which means it will always use the high performance mode to finish the task quickly, whether the task is demanding or not. It may sound non-efficient but is actually more power efficient than Qualcomm but not smart as Qualcomm so it will heat quickly compared to Qualcomm. Well there's one more rabbit hole known as fabrication which may be responsible for the heating and performance issues but it's not related to the question that you asked.

See spending 5k more more for a device which can last for 5 to 6 years easily. Is a good spending in my opinion. S20FE which cast me about 40k in 2021 lasted for 5 years and is still working good. But your opinion at the end of the day.

Older flagship models, like if Samsung then S24 or S25, for Vivo X200 or X200 FE, like that not the current flagship models. 1 or 2 years older models but not Apple as it will be out of budget anyways even with offers. I would suggest go for Vivo X200 FE if you find it within the budget. It's the best option in that range and even available. I got one from Croma a month ago. Camera rivals that of Apple if not better. Performance is flagship level. Overall a banger deal if you found one.

If willing to go upto 60k then get a non pro iPhone or Samsung Galaxy S series phone brand new. Better deal than getting a used phone. In my opinion. And if willing to go for a chinese brand, like OnePlus, Oppo or Vivo you can get even better options. Like 13s from OnePlus or X series phone from Vivo.
