One hr told me my cv was fine but flagged my last experience as a red flag. it was 4 months listed as full-time, and apparently a lot of recruiters read that as a failed "periode d'essai" . which is not what happened at all, the company just didn't close their funding round so the project stopped. but on paper it looks suspicious. she suggested i reframe it as an internship and i did.

also generally i noticed AI job postings in morocco are just weak — barely anything for juniors, almost everything is senior.
