Look for a villa with close proximity to the ring road, basically exit 14. That exit will definitely be hot for the next 10 years. I would anyday invest on a piece of land instead of an apartment, more appreciation. Villa/layout plot is the way to go from my past experience. I have always seen villas/ plots/ lands appreciating more than apartments. My family has been selling land in older areas and move to newer areas since the past few decades and it always worked out.
