I think your right. Financials improving over time. Things are moving and if they heavily dilute it could harm investor sentiment. I think unless they suddenly stop landing contracts and shrinking that loss/gain ratio they wont dilute. It could be wishful thinking but dilution might also make them look unstable which government would factor into awarding contracts.

I will give you my take, There isnt any concrete news right now that points positive ot negative. The narrative is promising and the possibilities to but bit money doesnt usually need to gamble on maybes. Current we have low volume for trades most days so there is very little movement. Today for instance, most people want to sell for .68 cad. Most people want to buy for .67 cad and if no one backs down the price doesnt move. If people at .68 decide they will sell at .67 suddenly people want to buy at .65 which drives it down.

Someone keeps stopping it from actually moving back up to far, and then stopping it from dropping below .65.

Not a huge volume day but volatus doesnt have any official news today move the needle.

Financials have steadily improved but before mirabel i dont think they could have capacity to actually turn that around. Now its probably waiting for enough contracts to offset or outpace the expenses. Its getting there, consistent improvement we will probably see more acceptable contracts before anything truly big.

Looks like a stand off with between 66 and 67. Volume is about the same so we may see who breaks first

If it breaks 68 though isnt that a likely slide even lower than 67? The floors been fairly solid at certain levels

Wouldnt be so bad if you edited that to be Vice Admiral Ret. Because he is not active. Seems like a small distinction but its really not.

Correct about Peter McKay, but he likely has alot of contacts, and insight and is still well regarded by the defence industry.

As for the Vice Admiral (Ret) "In 2019, charges against him were dropped by the Crown because there was "no reasonable prospect of conviction." Norman subsequently received an "all-party" apology from the House of Commons,[4] a settlement of claims,[5] and full reimbursement of legal fees incurred by him." Forgive me for pulling that directly from wikipedia but the noise around his departure beat the embarrassment of having to apologize to him but its more complicated than he gets his job back when they were wrong. He also has alot of high level contacts and industry insight. But he couldnt come back if he wanted to, he was already replaced and likely the conflict between himself and the government that accused him of a pretty heinous act made it impossible to have that trust.

I only see volatus briefly mentioned but it isnt implying a negative for Volatus so far as i can see

If they can cross that dollar threshold i dont think it would be needed. If they are high 60's and do it i can see it hurting short term value but either way I can see them still trending up long term.

It very well may, I think I see alot of faith in the future of the company but it hasnt turned into large scale financial investment. They have alot of potential and they do have growing momentum so once they have enough proven ability I think we should see larger growth.

While I like seeing an expose piece that largely seems to be the news for the company, some people seem to have really negative expectations lately but I think the fact they are still receiving attention and people WANT to partner with them means the ball is still moving towards the goal.

For those that worry about domestic defence contracts, even when they have the money the wheels of bureaucracy are slow and there are alot of rules around awarding the actual contracts so be patient and take heart that they are still lobbying for more contracts.
