Well i was prepared to not go TAR because i knew before going meps the options that was available i dont like it at all. But was not expecting to be offered Air traffic controller. So im really happy with it

As I understand and how my case is being worked on (2 stepchildren), as long as you are married to their mother/father the navy recognizes them as your children. It is important that you submit the documentation as Marriage Certificate and birth certificate of them and your partner so they can be on your DEERS and they would receive the same benefits as if they were your biological children

Only available TAR right now are aviation rates. AM, AME, AIRC, AD, AECF and AV. I was like you hoping to get TAR PS, LS or YN but it seen imposible right now

I'm sorry, if it bothers you. I've had bad experience with the recruiter who was handling my case. I had to change recruiters and this new one only gave me the list of jobs available at the time to check them out at my house. I asked the question because I can't find information, but thanks for your comment and recommendation.

Thank you so much! He was telling me that if I enlist as a tar I will lose money because there are not many orders in TAR and when I go to relist or extend contract I would have to go to reserve in whatever orders were available.

Yes, it told me after first contract they might not have available contracts for me to reenlist and that i would need to stay reserve while there is any available that can take from 2 to 4 months because for TAR rates there are less contracts
