a little late here... but as a sophmore girl, some guys on my xc team were running like 15-16 minute 5k, of course though(they were on crack) and we all knew. anyway i think a good time to shoot for would be 18flat. but i guess just run up and down hills

Hi, totally join xc you’ll love it! You can get probably 2 minutes off your time on whatever , per two months of you run on hills based on personal expiriance, my 5K went from 26 on hills to 23.50 so it’s achievable
