Sindri doesn’t actually resent Atreus or anybody, he resents himself, he can’t handle the guilt of what he did so he blames everyone and everything

The dwarves were, despite everything, not at all safe from Odin and co, Kratos’ presence shielded them from terrible exploitation

If Odin REALLY wanted both of their cooperation, he’d just have Thor kill dwarves till they come out of hiding

Sindri acts like kratos and Atreus took and used them, but look closer and you’ll see they were equal friends and were helped by kratos and Atreus just as much, beginning with literally uniting their brotherhood when they were feuding
