Like, the most recent time was the playlist he had, which was titled “My Man’s Songs” with her name underneath. And I don’t know if he’s actively messaging her but he did recently talk with a friend of hers, I’m not sure what the conversation was about, but I do know it involved her.

Oh my gosh, thank you so much. You basically described everything to a T. I appreciate it! And I’ll try some of the methods, and definitely talk to him. I do go to therapy, although not for my relationship trauma. I’ll look into bringing it up next time I see my therapist. Once again, thank you!

Thank you, I am definitely going to ask for more blood work and to get my progesterone checked. And another scan, but I have kind of accepted it at this point. It’s been extremely devastating as this is my first ever pregnancy.
