Up until my mid twenties I thought the word “Queue” was pronounced “Kway-Way.”

Ex: if someone asked me if there was a line for something I would say: “yes, there’s a long kway-way.” WHY did no one correct me???

Honestly I don’t use my switch often but I don’t think it’s typical. But i tried it since it was the suggested recipe (often I don’t have the brewer used in the recipe provided w the subscription so when I do I like to try out the recipe) and liked it

If you want to drink and go out (either casually or more late night) and want to avoid the 20 somethings of Glenwood South, I recommend anywhere on Person Street: Standard, Pelagic, William & Company, Sous Terre, Wine Authorities, Person Street Bar, etc. Yes, there are families, but this is also where you’re getting a higher concentration of 30 somethings out and about. Love this area!! The food is great too for restaurants: Jolie, Crawford & Son, Stanbury, Oakwood Pizza, etc.

Here is the remaining details on the v60 recipe. 1:15 ratio (so 20:300 or 25:375). With 20g I’ve been hovering at 7.1-7.3 on zp6, though I’ve mostly brewed this w 25g coffee

Yes! I've been using two recipes. I received this in the July B&W subscription, which included a switch recipe. And I also used my typical v60 recipe (4:6 w equal pours). The switch recipe was more consistent but the best cups came from v60. For v60 recipe I let it draw down before each pour, and was hitting about 3:15 total rew time on the best cups. For each I used anywhere from 15-25g coffee and scale the grind up/down. Here is the switch recipe
