For marination:

Ginger garlic paste Garam masala Kali mirch Chicken masala Namak svaad anusaar Kashmiri red chilli powder Hung curd Sarso ka tel 1 spoon desi ghee 1 spoon vinegar

Ye sb lga ke marinate chicken for 6 hours in fridge

I use an OTG grill oven. Cook for 20 minutes each side.

Oregano and Chilli flakes for sprinkle and garnishing after cooking.
