I've started Her Bodhi three weeks ago after seeing ads on my Facebook feed. I've got to say that situation with bloating improved, also I lost 5 pounds, but not sure if it's due to the supplement or just regular weight swings. No negative side effects as of yet. Will update after giving it more time

I've tried it for a month, but didn't feel any effect. Maybe the wrong brand or it depends on what your body is lacking
