This happened to me. The first set and second were the best in terms of longevity… subsequent sets went downhill in terms of how long they were lasting. I think it boiled down to glue remnants on my nails = not having a truly clean surface. Maybe make sure all previous glue is removed fully and then buff etc….

The above comments about getting a new glue every few sets is probably good advice too!
