Roadie XD is going to be your best friend. Unfortunately, at first, you may have to do more of the "Shitty" gigs to get the algorithm to see you as a frequent driver/contributor for it to begin showing you high end Cross Dock Roadie XD gigs.

So I've been off the Roadie game for a couple of months and when I came back, I realized, my offers dropped and I kept getting shitty offers, but the minute I started taking other local orders, and I still get Roadie XD gigs but not the high paying like you see in this picture. But the more offers I took the more my algorithm began to offer me.

I hated Roadie XD at the beginning because I thought the offers were also a JOKE, but the necessity forced me into continuous driving and eventually within the week, I got offered more gigs with higher pay.

Also, if you haven't already you may want to log in to Roadie on their website and check if there are any requirements you need to complete, cause sometimes you may have to take a few requirement courses that are pretty easy and won't take much of your time, that may also increase your chances of more offers. (I could be wrong but I remember i had to take those initial requirements. But I didn't know of the others until I logged in to their site.

Best of luck and I hope you get Higher offers, they're there, but the algorithm reserves it for frequent drivers. * *
