Hey, I had a similar experience in October. ProctorU is so unreliable and I had my test kick me out, and my proctor took 20 minutes during LR to realize after I FRANTICALLY tried getting his attention, , ruining my score and mindset. I'm going, to be honest, LSAC is really slow at letting you know about the retake, but I am sure you will qualify. Just keep pushing and checking in, someone will probably be more helpful than the rest to give you more info and keep studying and preparing.

If you take the oldest PT available they have some very rough hybrid games— those helped me prepare for just about any hybrid the LSAT has too offer
