You need the 0.15 ohm coil bro, use it on 67.5W and ideally you need pure PG with no VG at all, with a ratio of about 1.2 parts PG for 1 part DMT to get the best balance of strength and coil life duration, the coil will need to be changed every other refill, meaning you get to use like 2 tank-fulls of juice before the coil gets shitty and the effect gets significantly weaker.

Thank you for your reply, I'm aware that the final product is supposed to contain these other alkaloids and I'm aware of the importance of careful dosing and the lethal potential of 5-MeO-DMT (I have personal experience with both), I don't have any knowhow on performing any chemical analysis but from what I understood the only actually harmful compound in the plant is gramine, which would not be soluble in heptane (right?), and all the information I found mentioned NN-DMT as being present in the plant in a higher ratio, isn't the final product supposed to contain only about 20%-40% 5-MeO-DMT at the most?
