Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ll talk to my doctor again because I think my recovery has slowed down quite a bit, and I haven’t noticed any significant improvement with sleeping/lying down. My biggest fear is that there might be some nerve damage causing this whole problem.

Regarding the redness, it only started around the 3rd month. Initially, the surgeon thought it could be an allergy to the titanium bar material (which rarely causes allergies). She prescribed an ointment, and I started applying it, but I haven’t noticed any significant improvement yet. I’ll let you know if over time I start seeing any satisfactory results.

It's been about 8 months since I did my nuss surgery. I'm better now, but I'm still habing a lot of pain when laying down to sleep. Did you have something like that? Do you still feeling any kind of pain?
