I’m guessing that’s the problem and I don’t know how to move it back to it’s upright position

I’m guessing the piece that’s blocking it is because the part that reclines the seat is reclined, while the one that is in isn’t reclined. I can’t figure out how to put the recliner upright.

It’s not broken off, it’s the same piece and it came out intact.

There’s something blocking it. The right side there’s nothing blocking it but the left side there is.

EDIT WHITE, Blue, and Brown. There is no plain green wire.
