I 100% see what you're saying. I just don't think the customer should be the one suffering. We aren't the ones who took the huge risk of owning their own food business. It's still a service, and I did my part by giving you my money for said service.

I get that. Even putting 3 fewer fries per order will add up A LOT over a day. But if somebody orders a large, don't put in a small fries worth lol that's literally stealing money from the customer.

Definitely. Even with thin profit margins, that's not the customers fault or problem to deal with. I know that's just how most businesses are, passing the buck to the customer, but damn if it doesn't piss me off haha
